6 Days Kilimanjaro Climbing Via Rongai Route
Overview
The Rongai Route offers a high success rate and is renowned for its ease of trekking. Starting on Kilimanjaro’s north side near the Kenyan border, it’s a less-traveled path descending via the Marangu Route, offering diverse views of the mountain. The journey begins with a scenic 3-hour drive from Moshi, passing villages and coffee plantations, with a permit stop at Marangu. Access is also possible from Kenya’s Amboseli National Park, requiring passport copies in advance for border crossing.
